After you schedule a pickup online or over the phone, our team takes your loved one into our care wherever they are and transports them to one of our facilities.

If you need more time to think about it, that’s fine. We’ll keep them in our care for free for up to 72 hours. And if you decide to go with a different mortuary or cremation company, we’ll transfer them there for free, too.

After the cremation, we’ll notify you when their ashes are ready to be picked up, or work with you to arrange an alternative delivery method.
