To the entire Fitzgerald family; I can’t even imagine the depth of your sorrow. My prayer is that our Lord hold you all in the palms of His hands and the good memories sustain you through this time of heartache!

There are no words that can express what we feel. Watching her and Patrick grow up was a blessing for all our family.  She was one of those remarkable people that only wanted happiness for others and delighted in making people smile. What  an emptiness she leaves by her passing. Judy and Jerry , we cannot begin to tell you how much we love you, may God hold you in his arms and give you strength and may Katy find peace in her eternal life.

I remember meeting Katie in the summer, before starting 5th grade at my new school, Cherry Hills Elementary. We became friends and hung out all the way up through high school. She always walked to her own beat with a big smile on her face. I will always remember her laugh! Many great memories. Rest in peace, Katie, you are missed!

So sorry for your loss. I met Katie while she was living in Vermont. I knew her to be a kind a gentle soul and was shocked and heartbroken when I heard this news. She will be missed by a lot of people.
